kai2: May I request Quarantine?

Don't know if that will make the time in isolation better or worse... but feel I should be playing this nonetheless.

finkleroy: Granted.
Catac1ysm and Finkleroy, thank you! Now to pretend to stop a pandemic.

finkleroy: ...
I have a bunch of questions and I'm sorry if some of these might have already been asked and answered (manually searching would take A LOT of time and I don't feel like writing forum crawler just for this).

1.Are humble bundle giftlinks allowed when submitting keys to you?
For a number of reasons I would like to avoid giving away plain keys (reasons including responsibility - as in - when key on humble bundle is generated it is assumed by hb that it was activated on owners account and there *could* be situations when in some extraordinary circumstances valve could contact key issuer and the key issuer could possibly take actions against hb account owner that made the key [such as suspending, wiping, blocking, banning hb account] - cases such as some extraordinary violation of rules on valve platform or suspected fraud [by steam account owner and NOT in regards of key source although if key source is not known such as is the steam account does not match hb account that made the key concerns could be raised] or whatever - in other words in unlikely case of giftee being troublesome enough to cause actions I as hb account owner that GENERATED THE KEY could get suspended or whatever as generally while it is not against the rules on hb to give away plain keys it is highly discouraged and it is generally assumed generated key is activated by hb account owner and hb could be sassy or downright harmful in some troublesome cases).
If giftlinks are allowed that would be much preferrable for me.
If those are not allowed directly (as in you giving those later directly to giftees) then YOU as moderator (I guess you could be called moderator in context of this thread alone. Perhaps maintainer would be more appropriate term to use) could still claim a giftlink on your hb account and generate key yourself - that way you would be 100% certain that the key works (at that point if it would not work it would be entirely on hb) and there would be less doubts on region locks (there would be close to none as hb *should* give you hints as to where key can be ACTIVATED [steam AllowPurchaseFromRestrictedCountries flag] whereas there is always a possibility that key sender [be it me or anybody] could overlook those while submitting [again responsibility in terms of region locks beinf transferred this way from me or anybody to you).
Generally I PERSONALLY would rather send hb giftlinks to you instead of direct keys for a number of reasons.

2.It would be nice to warn somewhere in the rules that keys originated from hb may be region locked in another way.
Unfortunatelly to my great disapproval hb refuses (unless something changed recently but I doubt it) to inform users if a key can only be RUN (don't confuse this with activation) in certain countries. There may be cases when they may be secretly handing away region locked keys (again in regards to RUN and not activation) that give different subid depending on where key was BOUGHT (what counts is geoip).
One example is that I got essentilly half confirmation on that being the case is COD IW sold there (it has a lot of different subid in valve db system and at this point it seems that the only official place selling fully region free license is only steam itself) which was a result of me conducting my own investigation on this (essentially reading between lines and quering valve db system a lot) combined with trying to make hb shed some light on that (they are without a doubt unwilling to cooperate on more technical cases as for example they totally refuse to give exact subid for profucts they sell).
So essentially there is onlyallowrunincountries flag on steam and some of keys on hb (full extent of the sheananigans is unknown) ARE for subid utilising it. Essentially even if hb key is not marked as region locked it still may be region locked in regards to run.

3.Rules are a bit convoluted and my general recent unwellness (in case this is not a word I meant not feeling well) is not helping it.
Is there a limit in the amount of keys that may be submitted by one person per month or whatever?

4.Perhaps it would be preferrable to unify looks and text of some of the rules between gog and non gog threads.
As example:
in non gog thread you could replace
"
I will NEVER ask for keys to be resent. Do NOT give them if I appear to be requesting this.
"
with
"
I will NEVER ask for keys to be re-sent. If you get a message asking for such, ignore it, as you're likely getting scammed.
"
from the gog thread (or the other way, or come up with something new better sounding and use same in both places and such) for more nice unified look ;)

Sorry for the wall of text. While I try to always make my messages condensed to minimum I still tend to make wall of text as a rule :P

And sorry for my bad english. I'm only half native speaker :P

B1tF1ghter: *snip*
1. Humble Bundle gift links are allowed. I grant them directly to the recipients. If they have trouble redeeming them, I redeem them and then give them the key.
2. I pass along all region locking information I'm given by the donors. We've rarely had issues with this, but when we have, it's been kind of a pain.
3. There is no limit to how many keys can be donated by anyone at any time. I leave it up to the donors to tell me when they want me to add the keys to an update. If they don't tell me, I put them in the next update, unless that would make the update way larger than I would like. In a case like this, I may hold onto some of the keys for a later update.
4. Thanks for the suggestion.

Granted.
There's a new update! The limit is one non-daggered key and one daggered key. Multiple DLC for the same game count as one key. All keys granted during the month of April count toward the total monthly limit of 3 non-daggered keys + 5 daggered keys. I'd like to request The LEGO Movie - Videogame, please?
I'd be happy with Mega Man Legacy Collection and Resident Evil 2 DLC from the Capcom Bundle. Also willing to test Machinarium
