I have it in a way, but it is in my spreadsheet and I would still need to update there. So I'd have to maintain two lists and start editing two posts every time a game is given out instead of one like at the moment.
Looking just at that task, it does not sound like much, but all the things keep adding up and yeah ;-)

Like I said, I'll think about it.
You could keep your spreadsheet as a google doc - just with the settings set so others have read-only access.

Helpo does that for a number of GAs where he tracks guessing activity.
