500+ deals up to 90% off, $3 mystery games, and free games just for shopping.

A jocund flame swallows up the cold, cold streams of outside air. The holidays are coming, and everyone begins to feel a little more generous, a little more kind, and a little bit giddy. We're feeling it too, because this time around, winter came to GOG.com before it was cool.

The Holiday Ninja Squirrel (have you met her yet?) brings a generous surprise for all with $3 Mystery Games from the GOG.com catalog, each worth between $6.99 and $34.99. These games won't be part of the regular sale lineup, and unowned games will be prioritized to minimize repeats. We're starting out with a pool of 50+ games, but we'll be adding more throughout the sale - we'll let you know when that happens.

Would you believe where I live there is not a spec of snow anywhere.

I can hear all the ski resort owners cocking their guns and placing them in their mouths.

Nor your arbitrary adolescent alliteration?

I did, but I was more disturbed by the overturned Santa's sleigh. What did she do with his body?

IAmSinistar: FTL...

Thanks mates for your notifications. A generous member (Doc0075) gifted it to me. A big surprise for me and I appreciate it. Special thanks to Doc0075.

Nope, I'm much too magnificently maladjusted, magical mrkgnao.
did anyone else have issue with their credit cards yesterday?... could not place order and missed some nice stuff.

Splatsch: No FlatOut é_è I begin to think they won't show during this sale.

And Realms of Arkania still not repeating... Argh, I wish I have not missed them ! I hope they will be back !
I'm still waiting for some games to show in this sale FOR THE FIRST TIME.

Personally, I think repeats should only come in the last 2 days of the sale.

Given that GOG said that there will be 500+ games on sale and given that we already saw 530 such games, I would expect that they have exhausted the available deals, with the exception of one more pair of bundles tomorrow.

Dammit, you ninja'd me almost word-for-word! It's almost as if I'm not uniquely clever...
...Nah, impossible. Must've been a fluke.

Under the pile of presents, I'm guessing.

It wouldn't be unheard-of for there to be one or two new bundles on the "all bundles" recap day, either.

Speaking (indirectly) of avatars: what is your new one from, anyway? It seems somehow...uncharacteristic.

I think you're most certainly right. With lot of luck, they'll be part of one tomorrow bundle, with a big discount :D
If not, well, too bad for the FlatOut games, I'll simply have to wait for them to be discounted in a future day. Hope this will be soon, I'm really missing playing good racing game :) I should have bought them when I saw them in the previous sales, shouldn't have hesitated XD

Yes. Quite uncharacteristic. I expect to change it back any day now.

My regular avatar is Aya Brea from "Parasite Eve". This one is simply Aya Brea in Christmas attire for the holiday season (and its giveaways). I got it off the web.

Background story: For many years, my GOG avatar was the demoness from King's Bounty: The Legend. Then one day, I decided to switch to an ever-changing avatar that would match the game I would be playing at the time. Accodingly, I switched it to the game I was then (re)playing, which happened to be "Parasite Eve", then simply abandoned the idea and got stuck with Aya.

IIRC, you also had some other avatar before. Right?
