I'm guessing you bought it awhile back, correct?
The OP is new, and likely bought the game recently....my guess is maybe GOG ran out of serial keys recently.

Hm, interesting. You could be right. But it shouldn`t be a problem, I guess, they can easily generate new ones. Or not?

If the rights holder only gave them so many keys or the ability to only make so many keys, GOG might need to get the rights holder to ok more keys/the ability to make more keys.

I see that your ticket has been addressed on July 4th by my colleague who informed you that the lack of serial keys is currently being investigated and both us and the developers are aware of it. Unfortunately, I can't provide an exact ETA for new keys to arrive, but we are doing our best to add them as soon as possible.

GamezRanker: So you know: afaik you only need those keys for MP mode. If you just play SP you should be fine.

That said, you should do as the other suggested and send another ticket...but this time make sure to reply to the email they send saying something along the lines of "yes, I still want help" as a reply. If that doesn't work you could also contact a "blue"(forum staffer) for help.

MeowCanuck: In my experience, this only applies to refunds back to original payment method. I recently submitted controller technical issues and didn't have to reply to an automated email before someone could help me out.

I alredy did the second ticket. I was quoted for a member of the support, but nothing happens. GOG Support its terrible.

Post 19 says they are working on your problem....seems it's working well enough(in this case). You just need to be patient for a bit longer.
