Actually no, cmdr_flasheart cleared that the rule was meant so that this thread didn't become a gifting or trading thread, its OK if you leave a game for everything you take (and OP did do it himself).

rule number 3 , personnaly i go with this rule ;

after 5 days i give away the game i leave if not taken , note i didn't removed any game yet from the list.

offering the same copy of a game if not taken for another game after whatever days is just wrong.
