The spreadsheet has been sabotaged. It has been erased completely and vandalized with disgusting, vile word. Can the spreadsheet be restored? Was there a backup? I didn't see any way to look at version history.

i did what i could to restore its content , but the file i saved was from feb. 06 , so i had to manually remove / add some entries. Should be ok now.

Great work. Given that this is not the first time things like this happened I would suggest that the ones who are here more often backup the file from time to time so it can be repaired without much work. I want to do the same so what is the best way to make a backup of the list and how would one restore it?
