I think this will actually be the first demo I'll fire up in what feels like ages. The only other demo I've played since the early 2000's was probably Defender's Quest and I only played it because it was embedded in the release thread on GOG and could be played in the browser.
Also: as little as I care about outdated graphics and clunky controls, I couldn't force myself to beat the original System Shock, I just got hopelessly lost pretty soon. Will gladly play this updated and presumably more accessible version. And I still totally dig the remake's visual style. Must have taken some balls to stay so true to the original and gives the game a really unique look.
