I only want to get the free wastland 2 key as I already own it. I got that as a preorder gift for byuing pillarfs 2. I starting to realize that getting support here is as difficult as getting it on starwars online. No not that tough, there you are forced to pay. First to be a prefered player and then realize you need to buy a monthly subscription.

Well anyway Love using GOG over steam but try improve your support effort.
I guessing no Wastland 2 key for me then :/

Like almost every online support forum, its just your fellow customers here and none of us have any account access. Staff is rarely here and even f they were, account issues aren't normally handled on a support forum but via support tickets.

Best bet would be to contact them directly via that link.

As a dyslecticer I failed to spot my error on spelling support(suppert)
And thank you for replying but the link to the support is known and a dead end for my problem.
When I bought pillars 2 I got a game(WL2) as a preorder gift. Was promised that if I allready own the game I just needed to reach the support and they convert it to a key I can give away. But the support function just treat input as I got some problem with a game, needing tons of info and my computer system report.
I guess Im stuck here but thanx any way.

System report should be needed only for technical problems with games. Try using different category for ticket, i.e. Orders:

Just upload a dummy file with filesize == 1.
I did it everytime when GOG Support asked an unnecessary system report.
