Hi I forgot to load this game into my storage drive & was wondering if anyone knows how to redirect the game to another drive other than the C-Drive?I know steam has a simple tab that allows you to redirect to another drive but I don't see it listed in Game management. Any help would be very appreciated since it takes 3 days to load whicher I don't want to tie up my computer any more than I have to.
Thanks.....Barry
I assume Galaxy?

Yes galaxy. Ineed to switch from C-Drive to F-Drive without having to re download everything.

I don't use Galaxy and will be no help to you there, but do you know you can just download through the browser? I downloaded Witcher 3 in very little time, as usual. Galaxy might be slow, but the browser download is often much quicker. Every time I check, I get between 100-800 mbps using the browser download. Queue 'em up, get some dinner, when you come back you'll be done.

The one thing I do know about Galaxy is that if you set it to keep the installer files, you can re-install manually and point Galaxy to the games. Would be worth setting it to keep the installers if you're waiting on the client and download all the time.

In Galaxy, click the GOg.com logo at the top left of the screen, then settings. Under settings, click downloads. Game installation folder is what you're looking at. Change this to F:\Games or whatever you want your GOG games installed to. Then copy your witcher folder to another location. Uninstall through Galaxy. Now move your witcher folder to F:\games or whatever you chose as your install folder. Galaxy SHOULD detect it automatically. If not, then click the GOG.com logo again and click scan and import folders and point it to your Witcher install.

Man I must have the worst
luck with GOG. It took 35 minutes on steam to download Dark souls 3 . an hour & 15 minutes for 2 worlds 2 & 2 DLC's
30 minutes for Shadow of mordor & war of mordor. It took a day & a half to load Witcher 3 & after it loaded the first disc it would not let me load the second 34 gigs. I just bought a stand alone set of discs for the same price that humble bundle sold me & they offered a refund for this download so I won't be buying anything on GOG. I run on Nav sat which is over 30 MPS. realisticly it should take no more than 3 hours to load this game. Something has blocked the downloading & I checked all the settings. Bad luck with GOG. Oh well the good part of a stand alone is nothing to obstruct the downloading & I am done in less than 1/2 an hour loading discs. Thanks for the replies. I have given up & will be waiting for the new discs to arrive.
As you can see below: Red is the error message I get every time I try to change the directory, Green is the default location which can only be changed to VERY similar locations, and Blue is showing the fact that I can change the location of the installers just fine.

What? It's been a while but Navsat is for GPS navigation. Channels are still 64kb/s (though of course they bundle) but aren't used for data - if you're naval, you'd be using INMARSAT or something like that.

Do you mean you use satellite internet at home? Like HughesNet or something? Or is Nav sat some brand new thing that is somehow different from what it's been for decades?

It is a satelite linkup used by the U.S. military. I work for the Govn & use this for hard to get loadups & work of course.

You claim that you use Navsat, the global GPS backbone, to download games from GOG? Jesus Christ. I don't know whether to flat out call you a liar or just imagine all the SatCom folk I've worked with over the decades having a collective aneurysm. No, I don't buy this at all. I've spent too many thousands of hours as a network nerd working on DOD networks to believe that you know what you're talking about.

On the bright side, if you're actually trying to use a NIPRNET connection to download games from GOG, it makes perfect sense why you're having trouble with the connection XD
