I looked for it in the past, so some time they must have included it and I missed it.
The sequel is Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance not Supreme Commander 2.
I have have Supreme Commander 2 and do not like it.
Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance is the best game of the bunch, and they do not sell it on GOG AFAIK (I search for it today and did not find it).
I've been playing them for years (as I bought them when they first came out)

Forged Alliance is standalone expansion it is included in the gold edition:
