I am trying to send a request to the support team, It asks me to choose a file, (DxDiag), a) I have not got a clue what it is.
b) there are loads of files to choose from, but nothing starting DzDiag, an of course I am not able to send anything. To be honest I find the system so complicated, I am sure it is designed to stop people from trying to contact support. As you will no doubt have realized I am not a computer wizkid. Any help would be great
