Is GOG support service working or not? 5 days ago I left a request to change my email, because I can’t log into my account with the linked games cyberpunk and the witcher, and for 5 zero answers. How long does it take for support to review the application, and when should I at least plus or minus expect a response? They said 24 hours for a response, but time passed and no one contacted me. I tried to write to them by email, on Facebook, but there was no response

7 days is a short delay for a first response. It may take longer, or once in a blue moon, it may take less time. This is still a vast improvement over the 5-week average a while back.

"Stellar support 24/7" that you see on every game page and elsewhere is a blatant lie.
