HI!

Does anybody know how long take it to get answer from the support nowadays? Somewhere a banner shows that thaey are full with work, but what does it mean?
I'm waiting for them for 1,5 weeks now.

I usually get a reply in like 2 or 3 days. Then again I may just be lucky or maybe it has gotten worse recently.

It depends, on how you reported the issue. (website, email, galaxy?) website is quickets
