I faced losing my account and had to contact gog support. They answered me in 2 days and I already thought that the dialogue would go quickly since they had already sent an answer and were waiting for mine, but after I sent confirmation that I was the owner of the account, the answers stopped coming and already as 5 days later there was no answer from the assistant. I tried to contact support 2 months ago, but there was no answer. Last week I tried again and they answered me, but now they are silent.
Tell me, can one of the moderators help me with this, I think that something is wrong and I'm afraid to remain without an answer and my account.
