How on earth do I contact GOG support? When I try to troubleshoot a problem using any support feature, I'm returned to an "open a chat" page on which I'm unable to do anything. Am I missing something obvious?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Use a different browser with no add-ons and default settings. Once the chatbot is functional, refer to directions for opening a support ticket since the process is less than intuitive.
