There is something extremely confusing about the way the GoG Galaxy app works. I can type in the titles of games I know are on the GoG store like Cyberpunk 2077 into the search in the app, and it takes me to some other (non-store) page. So I don't know where I can buy games right now lol.

Feeling frustrated.

EDIT: And I don't see any other search bar on the screen to use to search for games on the store.

Isn't there a "browse" button lurking somewhere around the UX?

There's a "store" button at the top-center of the screen. There's a search bar on the top left. But when I click the store button, it doesn't take me to a place where I can search for games... only a place I can view whatever games happen to be on the front-page of the store.

And when I search in the search bar, it doesn't always take me to the game's store page. In fact I'm not even sure if it does at all.

I just tried searching for "Cyberpunk 2077" in the search bar. It takes me to another page that does not appear to be the store page I'm used to, but it does have a buy button at the top center. And it semes to have a lot less game information for prospective buyers than the typical store page.

Click on the store. Then click on "More offers" at the top. Why you have to click "More offers" to get a basic search box that should be readily available, and indeed is on the normal site, I dunno. But I almost never use Galaxy.

Thank you! This appears to solve my problem.

I like the idea of using Galaxy because I'm used to using Steam, so I like the idea of using a similar system from GoG. Helps keep my games organized and easy to access.
