The main gog.com page shows up fine for me, but for the past couple of days whenever I go to an individual game's store page it loads the banner image and some text, but the media, purchase button, reviews, and more never load in. I don't have any adblock running and I've tried on multiple browsers and I get the same result. Is this happening to anyone else?

I can reproduce the appearance of your error example page by blocking scripts from productcard-static.gog.com from running. (I used Firefox developer toolbar, but other browsers may have one that can perform the same function).

Assuming this is the cause of your issue, there are several possible explanations.

1. The script they are serving you is broken in some fashion. Since the rest of the content is dynamically fetched, it will not be executed.
2. At least one of your router, firewall, company or ISP is blocking that domain.
3. DNS is playing up. Perhaps your request was sent at a time when DNS wasn't properly resolving. It will continue to be broken until the DNS cache entry expires. (It works for other people as their DNS lookup was performed at a different time - earlier ones are still cached).

Unfortunately I can't be more specific without further information (or evidence that my guess as to the cause is correct).

Why not try loading the page using web browser developer tools, and see if any error messages are reported.

Gog should improve compatibility with older browsers like Palemoon too

I had the same problem starting last night, then it worked this morning and now it's broken again. The following resources are timing out:

Attempts to ping productcard-static.gog.com also fail and traceroute fails outside of my ISP's network.

Edit: It does seem to be a DNS issue. Adding "23.49.181.134 productcard-static.gog.com" to hosts fixes it. Are you using Cloudflare's DNS?

Ah, yes I'm using Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS (with 1.0.0.1 set as the alternate). I'm guessing that's the issue. I noticed some recent problems on my phone with loading some podcasts while connected to wi-fi that did not have the same problem when I connected via mobile data instead.

Interesting, I didn't know Cloudflare's DNS could be causing this. I'll switch back to my ISP's default DNS and see if the issues persist.

Neither does Featured Winter Sale deals or the Play before the year ends or even GOG.COM staff favourites doesn't show up does for a split second when I manually move the tabs though so weird
