I submitted a support ticket for Grandia 2 because it keeps freezing on my machine as certain points I've resorted into rolling back a graphics driver since I recently upgraded to the latest AMD driver for my 7850 2GB card. I've even deleted and reinstalled the game twice each time to a different drive and it still locks up I've sent off DXdiag report with my ticket yet I cant find the email so I can ask of any news because the support page is very cofusing
>.> They sent you an email to your preferred email address with your ticket number. The followup emails also go to your email address. This has nothing to do with the support page being confusing, unless you're saying you never submitted a ticket. My question is, why do people delete important emails with purchase receipts and/or support ticket numbers in them?

You could open a second support issue and apologize for having forgot the ticket of the first issue. Btw. when was it you last heard from GOG support? If it isn't too long (couple of days) ago they may still come back to you.

You also might have better luck addressing the problem to the specific games forum here instead of general discussions.
