Part of what got me into Stellaris were the SW mods. Unfortunately most mods are on the steam workshop and the ones on sites like moddb arent updated.

I did find a SW mod for the current GoG version. I cant post a direct link to the mod because the author asked that we dont, but I will direct you to his youtube video

I just thought I would share because I really want to use my GoG version and always play with SW mods. I figured some of you may do the same.

Unfortunately the only place I could find to download it was from the workshop.

Stellaris has a bunch of great mods, but they are unfortunately all on the workshop. They did have a lot of the bigger mods on moddb for a long time, but none of them are updated beyond 1.5.

For any other Stellaris fan reading this, please post any mods you find for download outside the workshop that are compatible with the current GoG version in this thread. That's the one thing steam has over GoG with a lot of their games since they are generally released much sooner on steam, so most of the mods are only on workshop. Let's help each other out and make it easier by posting any mods for Stellaris in this thread.

If you find a link to the current version of New Horizons, please post it! I've been dying to try it out.

So I have it on Steam and have access to the workshop.

If theres a mod you want and give me a way to post it, I will get the mod from the workshop and share it. I just need to keep the steam version installed on at least one of my PCs.

I pulled the Oct 5 release of New Horizons. The only thing is that the GoG version was 2.1.4.4 since release while the steam version just got updated from 2.1.3 to 2.1.4 today, so Im not sure if the mods will work, or if we have to wait for the modders to catch up with the steam patch.

Im going to try the 2.1.3 SW mod with the GoG version tonight and will let you know.

The only other thing is dependencies. If you want to request a mod for me, just make sure you find the required dependencies and put them with your request.
