@Khalaq i have known you on gog since a long time , there is no issue with not being able to crate giveaways due to issues as we have always said this is not that kinda of group that forces people to do giveaways. As long as you are within the limits you can stay in the group as long as you want just pop in once in a year at least to let us know if anything changes.

I had also mentioned earlier when the new ga limits were made , if anyone is on the verge of crossing that limit or on the exact border and yet you are in a position not to do giveaways right away, all you have to do is not enter anymore giveaways. We are forced to take action when the member enters giveaways when over the limits and it becomes even worse if they win more.

Other than that the 6 months be active thing we have allowed many members to be off for as long as 2 years, Things happen in real life all of a sudden that we just cant be online at times , we understand that however we only check for this and enforce this rule for example lets say some member was offline for a year or more, without having contributed anything, all of a sudden he gets back enters and wins a couple of giveaways - that is grounds for permanent kick unless he was within the limits or the other way around member won a couple of giveaways and went AWOL for a year or two etc.

When the current deadline for members to correct their gift differences ends , we will be analyzing the data to see how it can be optimized to a simpler levels so that we can achieve a good balance among achieving easy contribution to maintain gd's vs avoid over leaching among the members.

*using phone to access gog is terrible took over a hour to write this and 50% battlery life. Hoping to get on a laptop soon

And I'm doing that in my free time right now, there's a new batch coming soon, but it takes time checking every profile and record the reason and links there and in my PC, because I need to use it later in a Google document the group admins have as an info resource and backup. I see your thread now. That way looks like too much work for you with all that detail. I would just check all of the boxes of old accounts that haven't logged in for over a month or 2 months and then click remove to mass remove them all at once. Then, you could make an announcement about: "Pruned a bunch of inactive accounts, if you were removed by accident send me a message on steam or gog to get re-added." I think this would save you a lot of work.
