Edit: Funny thing about those Patches is: it's basically a zipped text file called patch.rpy that's already included in the game and should be overwritten, but the only difference is one line:
persistent.censored = True -> persistent.censored = False
LOL ;) had to share that. it's so funny ;) So actually no need for the patches just find that file and change the line and you're good... (whoever wins)
