Not paying fo this, I don't know if this was available before I bought this game or not.
It does not matter, this sort of stuff is what I expect the devs to provide, included with the base game.
When the devs haven't done so, GOG has stepped up to provide these where possible.
The one piece of ingame content offered, is DLC and not worth paying for.

I don't mind paying for extra quality content, but this is not worth paying for.

Patches
Patches update existing content and must always be free.

DLC
DLC are small pieces of isolated, extra content, created or completed after the games release. DLC can be included with Patches or Expansions, but should preferrably be provided individually. The player can then choose, which to use. DLC must always be free.

Expansions
Only Expansions are worth paying for and must contain substancial quality extra content worth the pricee.
It must be Value for Money and what that is varies by genre and game. We must make our own assessment and decide on the value to me alone. Collectively we will decide what is worth buying and what isn''t.

I will decide for myself. CD Projekt Red has set my current standard. I now expect that standard raised, by all devs including CDPR. If they want any more of my money, they must make an Expansion, worth me paying for it,
That DLC and goodies they once tried to sell me, throw that in for free and it may help pursuade me, what you actually try to sell is much better.

I may get these sort of thins as rewards for a little extra crowdfunding, I may not. I'm not buying them then , I'm investing a little more in a game I'm already investing in. Crowdfunding is paying for development though.
I got the Wastelamd 2 Delux Edition like this. Wasteland 2's Enhanced Edition all backers and buyers got for free, same with Divinity: Original Sin a few days ago, which I backed, but just for the base game.
Publishers sell these Enhance/Director's/Orther labels Editions as seperate games. Which is fine, when you never bought it, but crowdfunded games give them to to all who own it already. That's graet Value for Money.
I'll never buy this deluxe rubbish after release, no way is it worth it with any game.
