Hi,

I bought and downloaded the games yesterday but I keep getting a error message saying the following:

The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

Any ideas?

This sounds like missing Visual C++ redistributables. See this help article.
Also, where exactly does this message pops up? The installer shouldn't care about said dependencies, so either the game is installed and doesn't run, or you are trying to use Galaxy to install the game.
