It seems new expansion dlc for Star Ruler 2 is finally ready and being released today on Steam. Its also coming to gog.
What it brings are two new races (kind of AI race and replicators), better AI customization and improved AI, invasion battle mode where you grow your empire and fight constantly growing onslaught, more technologies and actual empire attitude.

Yeah, I just remembered about it today. There was longtime no data about it and now its just being released :)
