Tarnicus: One of mine right now is upset with me for feeding a bird her cat biscuits(which I can hand feed). I find it amusing that people see other life forms as so different from us. I've learned the Currawong call for "hey family, food is here!" and the mother Currawong is great at learning. She knows that if I throw a biscuit to her(there is usually 1-4 cats on our balcony where they come to feed) that I usually throw it on the 2nd go, not the first or 3rd(as I just did then). If I throw it on the first, she generally doesn't have enough time to see it, so I started teaching her the trajectory through practise. I absentmindedly threw her a biscuit on the 3rd and saw her pupils dilate on the 2nd swing of my arm and it completely put her off that I didn't release the biscuit on that attempt lol

Gnostic: lets see, nearly 300 on GOG, 200 on steam, probably 100 between gamers gate, Impulse (Gamestop Now), humble bundle. Physical copy for about 100, Think I lost much more physical copy so lets not count these.

But yes, I agree we should not let steam monopolize the market. If people have no choice but to get steam for games it can enforce whatever anti-consumer practice it wants. Look at the Microsoft and what happens when they get a monopoly of the market.

They are even dropping support for Windows 8.1 soon even thought it is newly release.

Tarnicus: Wow I wasn't aware of that! I can't stand Windows 8 myself and am going to get some version of Linux going again like I used to...10 years ago. Seeing the announcement of GOG looking to support Linux is a step in the direction Im happy to see, as the only reason I went back to Winblows was gaming, in particular MMORPGs.
Well because of this reason I downgrade my win 8 to win 7 and install Ubuntu parallel to it. Waiting GOG to implement Linux too.
