Verdeloth: TP ran for around 4,5 hours, as expected when 1400 copies were on sale.
It attacked the current record held by Time Commando, and didn`t make it just by 10 minutes.
Fortunately I slept duirng most of the time it was up, as I can imagine it was very painful to follow.
Me too, hoped it would even last longer (I'm evil, I know :P). Thanks!
Had no idea the originals were part of this package, take mah money.

Yeshu: I love you!
Daww, thank you. Most of it's been crowdsourced (I actually missed the first two rounds), I really just decided to put a list on Google Docs.

Stefson: Bard trailer + insomnia sale = why not :-)
Hope the game is as funny as the trailer.
It is...
Still waiting on Shadow Man. Yeah, I know I could get it on the Humble Weekly... but damn it I want to support GOG.

It's the last game I want out of the sale. Played it on the 64 back in the old days and have wanted to get a copy again for ages, but I've been too tight to pay $6 for it... guess if I miss it during the sale I'll finally just suck it up and dish out the tiny amount of cash required though :)

Strange how I'm complaining about paying $6 when back in the day it cost like $100 AU...

The originals were the selling point for me, even though other versions of those apparently were superior (i played the old C64 versions and loved them..)

mc_leod: Sure that the problem is not the downloaded game itself?

It's weird how they don't make it clearer that it's bundled with the old games. You think they would call it The Bard's Tale Collection or something similar.

eiii: GOG is reading this thread and increases quantities. :)

BTW: How long did Theme Park run?

The very first sentence of the description says "Includes the original classic games The Bard's Tale 1, 2, and 3" It's right under "What's cool about it"

I played 1 on the Spectrum. Mmm cassette loading, fun times.

Played 2 on the Amiga which was boss :)

In any case this is easier than emulating (or cassettes) I'll take whatever :)
