TheGrimLord: Well, the difference between Alien Breed and Swarm is that you can play it. The SP is not usable in Alien Swarm, because you have to have 2P to even play the game. And aren't all of these games repetitive? Shadowgrounds, Breed, Swarm, you're just walking around a spaceship or something similar, killing aliens and collecting loot.

§pec†re: Get two controllers then solder wires from on of the existing mini joysticks to an extra one and stick it on the bottom or side of the controller so that it can clip onto a board or a thighstrap then you can use a controller in each hand. This would let you multibox it by playing two characters at the same time. I suppose if you had two mice with lots of buttons you could use them instead.

P.S I'm sure Alien Swarm was originally a UT2003 mod.

DD & Ji Ji: How good is the keyboard + mouse control in thee Alien Breed games ?
It is very good. I played trough the first mission and it works solid. WASD for movement. Mouse button 1 for shooting.
You can rotate with mouse movement or use Q or E for left or right rotation.

Mouse button 2 is for using the actual/selected item (like medkits, different granates etc.). Map, log entry etc. are showed with ENTER. Running works with holding the SHIFT button + WASD. Melee attack with CONTROL.

Use/pick up button by default is SPACEBAR. Sometimes you must hold it (for using a console/computer, hacking etc.), than it shows a loading bar and you need to wait for it, to fully finish the loading.

The keys can be rebinded.

Also, the mouse acceleration/sensitivity is changable.

In the graphics, you can disable the post processing effects, like I did, because I can't stand that bloom.
