This is the official thread for reporting suspicious activity on the forums. If you see any bots breaking the rules by spamming, advertising, posting shady links to weird websites - report them here! Moderation Team will do their best to keep such posts to a minimum but, as you might imagine, it's impossible to keep an eye on every single thread 24/7. That's why we need your help, anti-spam force! :)

Big kudos to everyone who created and contributed to the unofficial thread!

Only report bot accounts/spam in this thread. Its purpose is not to report other users. If you see a user who you believe is breaking the rules, message Staff privately instead.

SpaceMadness: GOG needs to seriously put a hard limit on many threads a user can create within a certain time frame. No normal person is going to create 10+ threads in a day.
It's just about the most basic form of forum security you can imagine. That and not allowing threads to be created with phone numbers in the title.

It's spam bot matting season in the forums, which makes it very unusable for the rest of us. GOG might want to consider recruiting some more moderators for the forums because you have to go all the way to page 16 just to find the posts that should be on the first page. This isn't even taking into account that the forums are going probably going to be spammed up more tomorrow.

Really, recruit more moderators to help out the ones you already have.

its also sadly a big holiday in poland so it will be a while before we see anything done.

I don't care if it's a f..... holiday again in Poland , but someone gets paid to maintain the forum .Where I work, there is disciplinary and wage reduction after a job not done well.
