Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing :( Most of the issues you're describing is stuff that we've already seen and - I was sure - dealt with. I'd be happy to investigate your problem, but we'd need some more in-depth information about what's going on. Could you please submit your logs (if you have any after the reinstallations) and dxdiag report to http://mantis.gog.com ?
