OneFiercePuppy: You mean like every other time there has been a release date given over the last thirteen years?
You're adorable. I hope you're right. But let's face it - you're not.
Hrymr: I'm half-joking of course, but Steam store page usually means that Valve recived game files and checked if the code is safe.
Not at all. I have a game that i'm going to sell on Steam and being able to put up a store page just means you went through greenlight and have entered your bank info.
That's it. Takes a max of a day if you enter everything after you've been greenlit.
Then, once the data has been verified, you have access to all the steam tools, including the store page you can create.
That store page might just be another trick to set up another crowdfunding attempt after he comes up with yet another bug or something similar, like he only needs a few months and the support of gamers to finally finish the game.
Let's be real, it's a total scam and the game does not even exist.
Check the "screenshots". Notice how the characters are the same on every screen, and the inventory as well ?
Why wouldn't you make screenshots of other playthrough, to show the diversity and all the choices you can make ?
=> Because there's no game, that's why.
