Er, so out of curiosity, is there a monk-like class in the game?

Don't think so, the "Professions" are Warrior, Cleric, Necromancer, Thief, Berserker, Bard, Pirate, Sage, Wizard, Thaumaturge, Ranger, Templar, Jester, Metalsmith and Assassin.

I thought Templar might be equivalent to Monk but apparently it's more of a Paladin.
Wow a cleric. Havent seen one of those (one of my favorite classes aside from ranger) in a game for donkeys years....

Drat, I was hoping Templar was a monk.
T minus three days (more or less, depending on your time zone).

I will believe that when I see it. Actually, even then if it happens I am going to have some trouble believing it.

There are though times when it is nice to be wrong. I hope this is one of those times.

It probably won't come out on time, but the point of it is that it's close enough to being done that he genuinely believes that it could.
I've had the old demo on hand for a while now, and I finally gave it a decent run. Once I pushed past some issues, I found it actually pretty good. I guess "pretty good" is absolutely amazing compared to today's RPGs of fail and decline, though.

I'll be watching for the final release, but I won't hold my breath for it.

He genuinely believed that a year ago too or at least he came off that way. About a year and a half ago I pledged to his first Indiegogo campaign and he was fervently claiming then that it would be delivered on time last May I think it was. That of course never came to pass. For the subsequent year we've heard plenty of promises and talk but have not seen a finished product.

I'm sorry but given his long and storied history, Cleve's word about anything means nothing. This is why no matter what he says I will not believe him again until he actually delivers the goods for real, not just talk.

If it is actually released tomorrow my jaw will drop and I will have to glue it back on. My hope is that it at least gets released sometime after my big exam is over.
Welp...
So its June 1st 11.40am here...
No one was actually waiting for it right?
