I tried watching it. The player jerks his controller around and keeps changing actions. I think anyone watching it is monitored because it's never the same each time. They just don't want anyone finishing the game.

I just want to finish the game. I'm presently stuck after replacing some broken railing.
Mate, from just a quick search there's quite a few walkthroughs on YouTube If one video / content creator is poorly made, then pick another.

It's a new game, I'd expect it not to be polished yet.

Plus, wait for a real walkthrough. That is text. Not video.

Rant: Video game documentation/guides/wikis/etc have gotten SO BAD in the last... 5ish? years. What from people doing videos instead of writing, to the proliferation of random sites where the writing is hosted instead of being at only a few likely locations, to Discords hiding things away inside their unsearchable black holes, and using various versions of Google documents/sheets (that disappear, or only allow one editor, and also don't search).

There was a good long time where a "game community" would work together and make great things. And games got documented really well pretty quickly. And now, mess.

I spent two nights with the part after installing the new rails. Finally got that correct and in my text walkthrough. So far I have created a correct walkthrough from start and to finally making it out of the Rail installation area. Now the area with hanging plants is daunting. Seems as if the game gets increasingly more difficult. oh well!

By the way, the document That I'm working on is a down and dirty 100% spoiler. If any of you have ever heard of the Two Worlds II World Merge, I collaborated with Young Neal1. after he combines three TW2 adventures into a single game that included the 8 maps that was only in the On-Line version. I also created a huge test walkthrough. The walkthrough is on Gamefaqs.

Oh, so THIS. Mainly for me is finding much more lately that no-one wants to write up a concise text + screenshot guide any more, they just want to lazily upload the entire playthrough (often without separating it into chapters/small chunks), sometimes sucking all the fun of playing certain games in the process. Some of us want clues or only very specific answers, not sit and watch/seek through an entire video just to find what we want. Even if we're lucky enough to find a specific answer, chances are we've accidentally spoiled other things in the process. And I might add some videos which claim to be guides and walkthroughs are just some random player's first-time playthrough rather than an actual experienced player showing you how to do things the right way straight up. lol

Completely agree. It's still 1000x faster to find information about a specific item / location / character / map / puzzle in a text walkthrough by searching for it (avoiding a lot of other spoilers in the process), than wading through a 34-part 50-hour walkthrough looking for the right spot. And half of Steam's "walkthroughs" are just embedded links to such Youtube videos. That or lazy 'achievement guides' copy-pasted from the developer falsely using the label "walkthrough".
