I didn't have much experience with simulation games before. When I was younger I used to play games like: The sims and RollerCoaster Tycoon but I never really enjoyed the game-play. I just had some fun with sending innocent people, who thought getting on an half built roller coaster is a good idea to their death. Or just drowning my sims in a pool.
About month ago I got a new simulation title: Kerbal Space Program and I've REALLY enjoyed it. I've played more then 120 hours already and didn't ever get a little tired of it. Unfortunately I don't have as much time to play the game since I've started University recently. I even find myself thinking about the weekend and the new spaceships or space planes I would build in the middle classes.
I've started to get interested in science and physics in particular. I've watched documentaries about the space missions and even read about basic aerodynamics to improve my designs. The game gives me a huge sense of accomplishment when I learn new stuff about physics and space or when I achieve a goal like landing on the Mun or building an ISS like space station in orbit.
So, anyone else likes KSP?
What do you guys think about the game?
