I'm aware that this may or may not have been answered already (and that their status of goodies might mean that these were just an afterthought and therefore kinda pointless to want something a bit better), but during my "research" I could find only one instance of someone bringing up this question on a different situation. So I might as well try my luck.

Have you guys ever wonder why most of the soundtracks available as goodies in some of the games are well, kinda lame? Either they have very low quality, and I MEAN very low (Tyrian comes to mind), are gamerips tagged with nothing more than their filenames* (i.e., in-game soundtracks such as Bloodrayne 1 and 2, and both System Shock games), are incomplete (i.e., Serious Sam TFE/TSE and Earthworm Jim 1 and 2, and as a side-note; the EJ ones even lack a cover art) or downright use an inferior version of it (Alone In The Dark 3 using the MIDI soundtrack and lacking the CD version, whereas Blood is the other way around), so here are my questions:

1.- Why are some soundtracks incomplete?
1a.- Do publishers or maybe even composers have something to do in this cases (and while I'm at it, is these the reason why there are some games with great music that don't have a soundtrack available as a goodie)?
1b.- If not, is it possible to update them in the future or reach out to them to have a more refined version of the soundtrack?
2.- Is there a reason on why some of the alternative versions of the soundtracks are unavailable?

I known I may come across as entitled, but I'm not asking for every old game under GOG's belt to have a soundtrack or for a FLAC/lossless version of these soundtracks (Although Tyrian could use a soundtrack in better conditions tbh...eh, but that's besides the point. Sorta?), I'm just asking for these to: a) Be complete and tagged by either their official track names (if those exist) or with the name of their respective levels (in a more orderly form; see my Bloodrayne screenshot as to why I'm being this specific), and b) Having the alternative versions of the game soundtracks that have them available with ease.

As for the first problem (and also the one with the cover art), I know is not a hard thing to fix, I did so for the First and Second Encounters (below should be the screenshot as proof), but I feel like at that point I'll be better off making my own version of its soundtrack, making the convenience of these goodies disappear.

Again, I doubt I'm the only one that has brought this up, but I genuinely would like to know why this is not possible, or why at least after my gatherings no one has seem to really brought this up until now.
