I was trying to review which version of the game this installer I have stored away was for, but didn't think to leave myself a note about that, so I've been searching about for a site related to GOG that might track that sort of data.

Would any of you happen to know of any such site? I feel like I vaguely recall some prior discussion about something of the sort, but I'm having no luck recovering the old thread.

Also, just to catch this before someone points it out, no, the filename doesn't match up with the release version listed on the game's site nor is the version indicated in the installed game's menus, hence the issues.
