Hey,

I always had the problem, that the redeem page (gog.com/redeem) was ordering the games randomly and provides no search function. I got two free 5.99$ codes for preordering Witcher 3 and could not redeem yet because of this.

I also asked the support several times, but this issue seems to be low priority.

Therefore I wrote a little ruby script, which extracts the games listed on this page and allows you to search this list. You then get the page number, where the game appears on and can redeem it quickly. As others might benefit from it, I want to share it with you.

It is available at github: https://github.com/ArcticXWolf/gog-redeem-loader

If you encounter any issues or got any improvements, just create a github issue or post it here.

Greetings,
Arctic

(I do not seem to be able to post links yet, so if someone, who is able to, would link it below, this would be nice :) )

Thank you for your effort.
Nice but.. I'm not sure I understand the issue. O_o
When I redeem a gift, I usually just see 1 game.
(only rarely, 1 to choose from a group).

There are codes for x$.

So if it's for 5.99$ you see zillions of games.

I think it's for those two coupons for free games you got with W3 and when you try to 'redeem' them it shows the entire (unordered) game catalog.

Ah, thank you :)

Now i'm also able to post links, so I will edit it.
Should come handy, so cheers, and a little bump for visibility.
Just added some more infos in the readme, so you can do even more, if you know how to write ruby code.
Also you can now sort by rating.
Thank you for sharing your effort with the community.
Holy crap... i would love to buy redeem codes for poeple to buy whatever they want at $x.xx price point...

we need this!
Now it filters out all DLCs and Soundtracks and the like. You can include them again with "-d".
