Maybe cause I had it on normal mode, or I was occupied trying to chat at the same time).

Yeah, I'm glad the batch file was able to finally fix the problem. But I'm still not exactly sure why this rundll32 problem occurred out of nowhere. Since months ago this was a non-issue, but then all of a sudden multiple games were using the slowed rundll32 file. I guess over time "Games Explorer" must have changed something on the computer in coordination with the "gameux.dll" file and that must have caused the issue.
