Hey guys, I am searching for the Developer's Kit for Rules of Engagement 2 by Omnitrend. I have been on an off searching for it for a very long time but have not met with any success. I tried to contact the author years ago but unfortunately we did not connect. Anyone I may have one or can point me the the right direction?

I saw a user named andrik1 commenting on the gog wishlist and said he also contacted the company for the SDK. I wonder if he has met with any success.
