I've got this game and am on a laptop with Windows 10, Home, 64-bit. I'll see if it works on mine.

IIRC it requires a minimum Rep: (I wanna say 10 but I'm just not sure). Anyway, that may be why you can't. I so wish they'd get rid of rep.

And I just installed and ran the game fine on mine. These machines are so frustrating sometimes. I have no idea why it just worked for me. All I did was download, install, click Launch after installation. and it worked fine.

The minimum rep is 5 for posting links. I've had the unfortunate experience to be able to test it given GoG and their horrible inability to deal with bot abuse on their own forums.

The forum does not make a difference between links to the same or an external domain. It sees a link, period, and if you have less than 10 (or 7?) rep points, it complains.
