To be frank, I was expecting this...just not so soon. Cancer really is,well, a cancer. :|

One day we will overcome it. We have come very far already.

It's a fucking disease, and it will not win.
Knew it was inevitable, but it's still tragic; even if I didn't follow his content.

RIP TotalBiscuit.
Probably the game journalist I disagreed with the most and respected the most at the same time. Honest critics that always speak their minds and refuse to sit on the fence are really, really rare.

Vila i frid, John Bain.
I never really followd his work, but this is saddening to hear.
I really loved his WTF reviews and these are really sad news. RIP!
I think it's kinda awesome that his last words were reviewing a game while in a coma. Go into the light my friend - you will be missed. Rest in peace Totalbiscuit.
Sad to hear. RIP.
Very sad news and awfully, awfully early :(

Rest in peace, and condolences to the family and friends he left behind.
Rest in Peace.
Sad news. So young! He did some of the better reviews out there, I thought.
The message of his death hit me quite hard, it was very unexpected that this would happen so damn fast in the end. :(

To think that less than a month ago he hosted his last Podcast... I haven't listened to that one yet, and i think it will take some time before i can.

His channel was the first ever i subscribed to on Youtube. He essentially was the reason why i created my account there. His WTF was always interesting to watch, even if the game he reviewed did not really interest me. He hat a lot of insight, especially in regards to the tecnical side of things.
His Terraria Let's Play with Jesse Cox was legendary.

I always had the hope that he might recover...

Rest in Peace, John Bain
RIP Mr. Bain - may you enjoy 60fps minimum in Heaven.
TB got me back into gaming after a very long hiatus. His "WTF is" videos were compulsory viewing for me when he was making them.

Whilst I didn't always agree with him, he was a man with great integrity and stood for what he believed in. The world will be a worse place without him.

On a positive note, it is nice to see that he has touched so many people and the tributes for him on youtube are heart warming.

RIP John Bain
The man brought me much in various aspects of my life and hobby
He was respectable for the obvious passion and dedication he put in his own work
As a gamer and a consumer, i have to express my thanks too

He faced a damn mercyless opponent... sure the final outcome was obvious, but damn, it snowballed so quickly in a few monthes, and cancer is a bitch

Until the very end, he would also have planned ahead whatever he could do for his family regarding his unavoidable demise

One could agree or not with it, and frankly i think it was the intended point instea dof sheepishly drink every of his words, he was all about lighting the sparks of one's own critical mind instead of just waiting for his opinion and advise

He will clearly be missed, this is sad news indeed. And i can already hear the legions of haters who will prowl upon his even-not-yet-cold corpse easily without anyone anymore to talk back to them and expose their shallow ranting...

It just sucks, frankly.
