And the losses to cancer continue. Lemmy, Bowie, Rickman ... what a sad way to start a year! Rickman was a great actor and I will miss him.

Fuck cancer, excuse my language but I just had to say it, it's a nasty beast that has taken many good people from us far too soon.

He was very fun to watch. And I hear he was a great guy. So that's icing.

I must say, Snape is probably my favorite of his, but he makes many other movies much colorful.

That's the beauty of acting on the screen. Long after you're gone, you're still doing what you're doing. That's pretty neat.

His role as Hans Gruber set the standard for screen villains, and he was great in everything, be it a comedy, a drama, or a thriller, so may he rest in piece wherever he is right now.
