Thx for sharing this.
But are these patches even compatible? The page for Classic REbirth says:

WHAT’S CLASSIC REBIRTH?
Classic REbirth is a set of patches for CAPCOM’s Survival Horror PC ports, currently supporting Resident Evil 1-2-3 and Dino Crisis 1-2. This patch is specifically aimed at the Japanese release by MediaKite, the latest build available for the PC port. It wont’t work with any of the US or European releases of the game.

What version is the GOG release based on? US, EU, JP?

Apparently, by what I searched, they can be made compatible with GOG's version using the Unofficial SourceNext conversion patch linked in the OP too.

Maybe it would be better to post this in the resident evil subforum. It will probably get lost here after 2-3 days.
So the Seamless HD works on the GOG versions of RE?

I did. :)
Also, updated OP with ClayKinder's recommendation of HQ Audio quality mods.

Apparently, yes, after you update the game with the Unofficial sourcenext conversion patch. :)

Nice! I might try out the HD mode now, but after playing both the GOG and rebirth versions, I see no point in using rebirth for RE2 anymore. They both seem exactly the same, maybe with some small differences.

Hope GOG does great with RE3

Check it out for updated mod links, HD mods, patches, HQ audios and videos and a mini tutorial for order of installation that I compiled based on @mvp13 post there.
Original post updated with ClayKinder corrections on his post about some patches.

Also a good information by user @pgbp88 about missing blood effects on PC releases that were present in the original console releases. A planned future update for Classic Rebirth by Gemini to restore them and so on.

So none of the PC versions had these blood effects? Good to see rebirth mod adding them.
Original post updated with new @mpv13's explanation about RE3 and a Randomizer mod for the trilogy.

(Don't know if they work on GOG's version, but its github states that it works with the MediaKite and SourceNext versions of the game. Because there are conversion patches in the OP, maybe they do work.)
