on the Factorio page I recognized that the "Overall most helpful review" contains a wrong information. The user gave this game only one star because of his issue, which does not exist (at least since I bought it). It's about access to the mod portal, which requires an serial key. Which you also get on gog.

The issue i have here is that maybe some people saw it and went to steam instead, or haven't bought it because of this.

So, I clicked on "report" for the first time, and the button disappeared. Without the option to add additional information to the report. My guess is that nobody will understand why I (and maybe others) reported it, because the text itself perfectly fine.

So yeah, I hope you understand the problem and I wish you can do something about it. Maybe it would help if devs could add a comment on reviews.

That's nothing.
The other day someone gave a DLC 1 star and called GOG's selling of it "a jew thing".
It was reported and eventually removed, but there is a lot of crap like that around and GOG can only do so much at one time. I would imagine they will get to it.
