Well it's not like I'd actually buy it right here right now but it still pisses me off that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is region locked both here or the other store.

Nothing GoG can do about that.
If the publisher decrees the game in question to be geo-blocked in certain regions, GoG, just like other distribution platforms has to follow suit, or not be able to sell the game at all.

"Broken record" and all that, but:
Use a VPN, problem solved.

I own the majority of these games already (not counting DLCs).
If I'd still keep a wishlist, a maximum of 6 titles from this promo would be on it.
But realistically seen, only one title is really interesting.
And that one title is still a little too pricey for my taste.
