Adventure gaming meets Roger Rabbit.

Toonstruck, the adventure game take on Who Framed Roger Rabbit, is now available DRM-free for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux on GOG.com!

You're Drew Blanc (Christopher Lloyd) - you're an artist, the cartoon kind. But you're also kind of at your wits' end. Your inspiration is gone and you've unfortunately been living up to your name, that's until something-or-other causes you to get sucked into a cartoon world in need of a champion. Toonstruck is a classic point and click adventure with the spirit of Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It's real-world footage in a finely animated, saturday-morning cartoon universe that gets a bit too silly - a little too grown-up, a little dangerous.

Get pulled straight into an adventure across a beautifully animated cartoon world, Toonstruck is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com!
about ol games :D

i have some old games on retail cd that seem to be on abandoned sites,

old game with FMV:

the dame was loaded

the elkmoon murders 2cd retail with fmv, nice game never got to finish it

Bermuda Syndrome , nice old platformer, on retail cd never got to finish it cause this wont run on 64 bits seems to be a 16 bit installer according to some search using google.

would be nice if this game could be revived and made able to run on my win 7 64 bits
some posts claim that the installer is 16bits whic makes it f -up in win64 bits
I think its 16bit only code and win XP supported that
the manual even names win 3.11 and thats old windows so i guess this game is 16bit.

People call it a shitty game but i liked it and bought it when it came out.
Getting this game to work on 64 bit would be big task :D

I still have the MK3 manual :D
so now lets see if the controls work the same
I was so happy to see this game released on GOG. However I might hold off buying it until the price comes down. I thought classic retro titles were supposed to be $6-8 in price. This is $12.69.

Is it regionally-priced? I wouldn't think so since it's an older title. I thought it was $9.99.

That said I would be interested in knowing how GOG justifies the $9.99 price tag instead of a $5.99 one. Perhaps we're paying a little extra for extra legal wrangling? (I assume the game worked fine in ScummVM beforehand.)

It's $12.69 for me because of currency conversion. The Australian dollar is weaker now. Okay so it's $9.99 instead of $6.99 for some reason (possibly legal issues). Maybe I'll still wait for a discount to come up or buy it when I feel like splurging on myself.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying the game isn't worth it. It looks like a really good game (I've personally never played it but I've watched videos of other people playing it). It's just more expensive than I expected it to be and I wanted to know what their justification for it was. I also expected it to contain more extras, like the soundtrack or some concept art.

I agree with you there and understand waiting for a sale.
So amazing to see Toonstruck back alive.

I really hope the remains of what was to be Toonstruck 2 can be released someday. The facebook group for that seems to be quite dead these days.
Apparently all the dialog, cutscenes and gameplay for the 2nd half/sequel were completed back in 1996, Virgin being moron publishers felt instead of releasing it as a 4 CD game which it was meant to be they felt it would be better to split the game into 2 and bet that the first half would sell well which as we know it didn't which is a shame and the 2nd half/sequel was never released.

The sequels story was layed out as Drew was going to return to the train tracks at the back of Zanydu, take a Dream Train and travel to an island in the sky. Here he would encounter his inner world: meet his idol Van Gogh, be trapped by a crazy dentist and visit the Wild West. Eventually he would activate his power of creativity to defeat the villans.

Elements of the 2nd half can be seen in these vids

All pre-2000 classics (and many after 2000) had and continue to have two price points; 5.99 USD and 9.99 USD and there has been no deviation from these price points. As to why this particular game costs 9.99 USD? Who knows, it's not the first Interplay game to be sporting such a price point.

Kalash: Can you tell us which side reached out to the other regarding this release? Ie. was it you, GOG, who contacted Keith Arem, rights owner, and discussed/negotiated the whole deal or was it the other way around?
I am extremely interested in this, as well.
Great free classic, but the audio stopped working after the ****spoiler****. This game just isn't the same without the voices! Thanks for the gift but please fix the audio bugs, there were other sync problems throughout.

***wolf cutscene.
