Original game is one of the most iconic and influential titles of all time and we simply cannot wait to sink our teeth into the remake. To give this release a deserved justice, we’ve also prepared a GIVEAWAY of a Goodie Pack filled with awesome System Shock-related art and more, available to claim until June 2nd, 3 PM UTC.

Moreover, a special release stream will take place on our Twitch Channel, where right before playing the game, Kilg0re_Tr0ut will interview Stephen Kick and Larry Kuperman of Night Dive Studios – join us there today (May 30th) at 11 PM UTC.

2023’s System Shock will take us on an iconic FPP sci-fi shooter journey through Citadel Station combining cult gameplay with all-new HD visuals, updated controls, an overhauled interface and all-new sounds & music.

What’s very important is that with all the awesome enhancements, improvements and modern quality of life changes, the remake still remains a faithful recreation of the original. BreOl72: Thanks for the Goodies!
However: the "hi-res images" and the "pixel art images" seem to be the same file.
I noticed this too, how do we get them to fix it? Maybe hit up support?

Yes, the same problem here, the links seem to be different though.
I'm not in any particular rush to play it (maybe when there's a mod to put the original soundtrack back in), but a lot of the reviews are saying the right things in the sense that they're whining that the game is too hard because it doesn't hold their hands enough, so it sounds like Nightdive got it right for the most part.
What's in the goodie pack? I hate adding something to my library blindly without knowing what I'm adding.

- TriOptimum New Employee Technical Manual 48 MB.
- Videos 95 MB.
- Pixel Art images (10) 2 MB.
- High resolution images (5) 21 MB.
- Sparq Beam Gun renders (12) 331 MB.
- System Shock toys concept images (7) 1 MB.
Should probably make myself finally play through the original System Shock, so I can eventually compare it with the remake in a couple of years.

I'm glad they apparently kept the modular difficulty settings of the original. That kind of thing needs to become much more common.
Thank you, GOG & Night Dive

Not much sleep tonite, looking forward to that Twitch stream

I'm quite weak at the knees!
Thank you GOG for the System Shock Goodie Pack.

As already mentioned in this thread and https://www.gog.com/forum/system_shock_series/goodies_pack_pixel_art_images_missing/page1 2 links download the same file (21 MB), though a different description and size is specified

Same file
Pixel Art images (10) 2 MB
High resolution images (5) 21 MB
After having watched a bit of gameplay, I'm tempted to get the game, but I've already spend so much money these last few weeks. :P

https://www.gog.com/en/account

It will have an entry there as a game but all items will be off to the right side.

yep, that was a pleasant surprise. the best thing in the original and 30 years later it's still not really happening anywhere (and demos keep disappearing after a week and saving and other basics are constantly missing even though the technology and previous examples are all there, but only the shitty ones get followed sadly).

Visit your account library in a normal browser (not Galaxy).
IIRC, it's the same for serial keys, for games that come with one.
