Grargar: Would you prefer the "Wink wink nudge nudge" ones?
Say no more :p
I was waiting for this one. Finally! (Yay! Posted this two times. What the...)

Edited 18 minutes later after noticing double post:
I would write something new and useful to make up for it, but I honestly can't think of anything remotely...
What's this!?

* checks the prices of SWAT 4 GE , GUN , Singularity and TimeShift *

I don't understand Activision .
Aaah! Thank you so much for listening to our requests, GOG - I'm really glad this game is finally available digitally, since physical copies still being sold are priced preposterously high. Now a lot more people have a chance to play this awesome game!
Hmm this game is from a time when I didn't really have either the time or the money for games, so it simply didn't register in my radar. Seeing the reaction it caused here I guess I'll keep an eye on it. I might end up buying it even tho FPSs aren't my thing.

Veloxi: OMGTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!

Seriously, this is THE game I've wanted GOG to get since basically its inception. I am so happy I could cry. That isn't hyperbole either.
Well, when you signed up in 2008 this game was merely 3 years old. They had to let it age a little, especially because back then this site was meant for good OLD games.
Except they forgot about it and let it age for almost a decade...
Oh wow! I never played this but it really looks nice and is a welcomed addition. Thank you, GOG and Activision! :D

Now please bring Wolfenstein 2009. :)
Dang. I picked up this as almost unfindable discs just a few months ago. If only I had waited (I still haven't played it) I would have spared quite a lot of monies. Definitely getting this on GOG also, at a later time. I thought SWAT 4 would never resurrect from its limbo...

Cool addition for those who were waiting for this. Not exactly my kind of game though. *shrug*
You're in my spot, sir.
Very nice addition to GOG catalog, thank you so much Irrational Games, Activision and GOG team! <3

animalmother2105: First interesting (from my pov) game this year. Is SWAT 3 worth getting compared to SWAT 4?
I think I slightly prefer SWAT 3 to SWAT 4. Although the graphics and interface are worse in SWAT 3, the maps are a lot larger, the AI seems slightly better, and the randomized elements seem to work a bit better in the 3rd compared to the 4th.

The 3rd game sorely needs a tutorial, however, and the difficulty seems to spike out of nowhere pretty early on. Both are great games, but for the price difference I would suggest starting with the 3rd to see if it is for you, and then consider buying the 4th if you want an updated version with better graphics, better interface, and tighter maps.
I wish we could redeem our CD keys... I picked this up last year thinking it would never get re-released. Ah well.
Thank you Activision and GOG!! :)

*insta-buy*
This is a fantastic release. A lot of memories with this one. Thanks GOG..
This made my day!Now can we get alien vs predator 2 please? :-D
