MadalinStroe: I remember having a discussion with support about this. I think both of these are actually unlocked if you install the game, when you buy First Colony Edition. Which is why I ended up removing those DLCs from my wishlist. Can somebody more knowledgeable about the game verify this?
For what it's worth - I own First colony Edition.
Neither Mars Lifestyle Radio nor In-Dome Buildings Pack show up as owned, are available as DLC in settings, or available in-game. :/

blotunga: Teaches me not to buy any more Paradox games. I thought the First Colony Edition would have everything future. But no, Paradox is being greedy again.
