Can a dystopian society coexist peacefully with its utopian virtual counterpart? In 2048, while death and poverty reign supreme, those in power preach salvation through technology. The controversial merits of transhumanism and close surveillance are touched upon as you get to sleuth around two separate worlds, through the eyes of inquisitive journalist Richard Nolan and several other playable characters.

Gee, how novel.
This looks a lot like Remember Me. I'll keep it in mind, but I'm not jumping all over it.
Hm.

With that kind of lowpoly graphic now being the popular trend, I want a remake of I76' now.
I hope the game is as fascinating as the soundtrack of the video.

Wishlisted for now.
Will wait until I find a game play video.

Science fiction? Story based? I really like the GOG menu today.
Looks pretty generic.

Why set your story on 2048 Berlin if you're just going to rip off your visuals from Blade Runner? I'm willing to bet money that Berlin will not look like that in 30 years. Where's the local flavor?

Do you think that LA will look like Blade Runner next year? :P
I find this intriguing. The backgrounds and overall atmosphere look good. We don't know enough about the story, but I prefer to stay as much spoiler-free as possible. I would have to check at least some videos to get a feeling of the gameplay. What I don't get is the appeal of the "low-poly" characters.

That it's something (completely) different for a change?
Considerably cost-effective as well, I'd imagine.

Maybe they unhooked the connection from the forum to the main site as part of implementing a new forum in honor of GOG's 10th anniversary. Or not.
"Let’s talk about the gameplay. What will players actually be doing from moment to moment in State of Mind?

That's not so easy to explain. State of Mind is a sci-fi thriller. It has a whole variety of gameplay elements, but the strongest element is probably investigative gameplay. Players must discover what happened to Richard and his family, and they will do so by engaging in dialogue, using items, operating tools and devices, and occasionally switching between different characters. First and foremost, we’re aiming to put you on an emotional journey, with dramatic moments that you didn’t see coming and gameplay tasks that you didn’t anticipate. To that extent, the game’s central puzzle lies in its narrative."

Here's hoping. I'm not going to get my hopes up, though.
So, how it is?
I mean, Deadalic is known for some best adventure games but they're also known for some crappy things and this game, while adventure, doesn't follow their usual format so...
How's your thoughts folks?
No game play in videos or screenshots? I can't buy a game without knowing at all how it plays. No UI, either?
