joveian: I was thinking it looks a lot like RiME, but I see now that RiME looks a lot like Journey :).
A little bit of column A, a little bit of column B. The focus on exploration aside, I was thinking of the titular scarf, fluttering far behind the protagonist.

joveian: Normally I don't worry too much about vague CPU specs (i5 vs i7 isn't something that actually makes a difference and most games don't use the CPU that heavily), however RiME was not optimized well at all unfortunately and if this game is similar it might actually need a fairly decent CPU.
I've never seen a developer correctly estimate system requirements, so not even meeting the recommended requirements is a red flag (or scarf) for me.

Oh yeah, I didn't even notice that part. I guess the red cape in RiME is based on that as well, if not as obvious.

I agree that system requirements are rarely correct, however they can be off in any direction. Before I got a game system I found that a bunch of stuff that claimed to require a discrete GPU actually worked fine with even old integrated video. I would guess that overstating the requirements is more common than understating them.

It's because they are an indie developer, and don't keep a bank of dated hardware to test everything. They guess what is a low end computer today and put that there. Up to the user to figure it out and know where their hardware stands in comparison.
...Wait, this is literally just Journey with a blue alien thing.

No really, aside from YE OLE SOKOBON, what distinction does this have from Journey?

Here I was hoping it was a weird fetish game so I could make the obligatory vore/stuffing jokes.
